Our approach, grounded in research, pays close attention to the sensitive and subtle relational layers that shape societies, imaginaries, memories, and collective narratives. We seek to deeply understand social and cultural fractures and to open spaces for dialogue, expressed through conceptual frameworks or co-constructed innovative entrepreneurial initiatives.

Listening

We approach situations through sensitive listening to silences, unspoken elements, tensions, beliefs, forms of belonging, and identities, in their symbolic and subjective dimensions

Encountering

Within spaces of dialogue, we identify lines of fracture and cultivate common ground through mutual understanding and relational diplomacy, in the service of a social aesthetics of connection

Co-creating

By recomposing singularities, we support inclusive dynamics of co-creation, intersocial and intercultural, nourished by a creole way of thinking and carriers of innovation
